Property Finance Analyst

About the role

This position offers a fast‑track career in property finance, giving you direct exposure to complex bridging and real‑estate lending transactions of up to £10 million. You will work alongside experienced professionals, participating in credit decision‑making, transaction execution and ongoing portfolio management within an entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse new lending opportunities, build financial models and prepare credit papers for committee approval.
• Coordinate loan execution with valuers, lawyers and other advisers.
• Monitor an active loan portfolio, reviewing project performance, valuations, drawdowns and borrower activity.
• Assess loan extensions, restructures and amendments, produce recommendations and present proposals to the credit committee.

Required profile

• Experience in property finance, bridging finance, development finance, commercial lending or credit analysis.
• Proven ability to analyse lending transactions and prepare underwriting or credit submissions.
• Solid understanding of real‑estate lending fundamentals, financial analysis and transaction structuring.
