Property Finance Paralegal – Winchester

About the role
Our client, a well‑established law firm in Hampshire, is looking for a Property Finance Paralegal to join its dedicated Property Finance department in Winchester. Working under supervision, you will manage complete finance transactions for both business and private clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare security and ancillary documents using firm templates.
- Review valuation reports and conduct basic reviews of title and transactional documents.
- Identify issues in documents and take steps to resolve them.
- Liaise with clients and borrowers’ solicitors to achieve completion of security.
- Handle receipt and dispatch of funds to finalise finance deals.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a paralegal, preferably within property finance.
- Ability to work independently while receiving supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
