Property Helpdesk Supervisor

About the role

The Property Helpdesk Supervisor will lead a small team of Helpdesk Administrators, ensuring a responsive and high‑quality service for a national property and facilities portfolio. This hybrid role combines hands‑on supervision with process improvement and first‑line escalation duties.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Helpdesk Administrators.
• Allocate and monitor workload using the QFM CAFM system.
• Act as the first escalation point for complex property and facilities queries.
• Monitor service levels, produce performance reports, and ensure targets are met.
• Drive continuous service improvements and increase helpdesk efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in helpdesk, facilities or property support environments.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong organisational and customer‑service capabilities.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QFM (CAFM system).
