About the role
LRG is seeking a Property Inspector to join its growing team in Reading. You will be responsible for arranging and carrying out property inspections and inventories for residential lettings, ensuring a high standard of service for tenants and landlords.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and book property inspections with tenants.
- Conduct 8‑10 inspections or 4‑6 inventories per day.
- Confirm appointments prior to visits and manage key collection and return from local offices.
- Inspect external condition of properties and communal areas where applicable.
- Document findings accurately and report any issues.
Required profile
- Ability to organise and manage a daily inspection schedule.
- Attention to detail when checking property condition.
- Good communication skills for liaising with tenants and office staff.
