About the role

The firm is seeking a Property Insurance Solicitor to join its specialist team in Manchester. You will work on a diverse portfolio of property damage claims for leading UK insurers, handling everything from fire and flood to storm and explosion losses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of multi‑track property damage claims from inception to resolution.
• Provide legal advice on coverage issues and insurance disputes.
• Develop and maintain key client relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and firm growth.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (NQ level or higher).
• Experience handling property insurance and property damage litigation.
• Strong understanding of insurance‑related disputes and coverage matters.
• Confident file management with appropriate supervision.
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
• Commercially minded and proactive approach.
