Property Inventory Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Property Inventory Specialist to join our award‑winning property management team in London. The role is essential for maintaining the high standards of our premium portfolio and ensuring transparent communication between landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Independently schedule and conduct up to 15 property inspections daily, coordinating with tenants and local offices.
• Document external, communal, and internal conditions, noting health‑and‑safety compliance and potential hazards.
• Produce accurate inventory reports using the InventoryBase platform and submit them for approval.
• Communicate urgent maintenance issues to Property Managers and follow up on corrective actions.
• Provide finalized reports and written summaries to both landlords and tenants, discussing any identified concerns.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise, professional reports.
• Excellent time‑management skills to handle a high‑volume inspection schedule.
• Confident interpersonal communication with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously.
