Property Lettings & Accounts Administrator (Part‑time)

About the role
We are seeking a part‑time Property Lettings & Accounts Administrator to join our team in Northwood. You will support the property portfolio by handling tenancy paperwork, supplier invoices and daily financial reconciliations.
Key responsibilities
- Verify supplier invoices against records and approve payments.
- Match monthly credit‑card statements with receipts and purchase logs.
- Process tenancy paperwork, renewals and keep the property database up to date.
- Coordinate repair requests between tenants and external contractors.
- Reconcile accounts and ledger entries with daily banking records.
Required profile
- Solid background in bookkeeping, accounts support or lettings administration.
- Experience with invoice verification, expense tracking and bank reconciliations.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills for dealing with contractors and owners.
Required skills
- Proficiency with property accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
