About the role

Join a leading national law firm as a Property Litigation Lawyer, working within a specialist team handling landlord and tenant disputes. You will manage your own caseload while mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to the growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle defended service charge, ground rent and possession matters for residential and commercial properties.
• Provide expert advice on breach of covenant and general landlord‑tenant issues.
• Maintain strict adherence to court and tribunal deadlines with high‑quality case management.
• Assess claims, analyse strengths and weaknesses of defences and counter‑claims, and advise clients accordingly.
• Deliver training sessions and support the professional development of junior staff.
• Keep clients informed through regular reporting and transparent communication.
• Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently and supervise junior team members.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client‑service orientation.
