About the role
We are looking for a Property Litigation Paralegal to join our London team. You will support a busy department that represents landlords and tenants on a wide range of contentious property matters, both commercial and residential.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with lease renewals, break options and dilapidations.
- Prepare applications for consent to assign or sublet.
- Recover rent arrears and manage forfeiture and trespass actions.
- Handle property‑related insolvency matters.
- Deal with contentious issues involving telecommunications equipment.
- Conduct legal research and draft correspondence, pleadings and other documents.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in property litigation.
- Familiarity with commercial and residential contentious property issues.
- Ability to draft accurate legal documents and conduct thorough research.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
