Property Litigation Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal to join our Property Litigation team in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will provide essential legal support, assisting solicitors with case management, document preparation and research to help resolve landlord‑tenant, possession and boundary disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with a range of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims and boundary issues.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence and court bundles in accordance with procedural rules.
• Conduct legal research and maintain accurate case files.
• Liaise with clients, courts, external counsel and other parties throughout the litigation process.
• Support solicitors to ensure deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently.

Required profile

• Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably within property or civil litigation.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
