Property Litigation Paralegal

About the role

We are a leading law firm seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal to join our growing property litigation team. You will work alongside partners, associates and legal directors on a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial property disputes, gaining exposure to high‑value, complex matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist solicitors and partners on a broad range of property litigation matters.
• Support landlord‑tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, rent arrears and service‑charge issues.
• Prepare court bundles, case documentation and manage correspondence with clients, counsel and courts.
• Conduct legal research, fact‑finding and draft legal documents, witness statements and letters.
• Handle disclosure exercises, document reviews and maintain accurate case management records.
• Manage diaries, deadlines and key litigation dates, as well as billing and administrative processes.
• Contribute to business development activities and legal updates when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Property Litigation Paralegal, Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Experience within a property or real‑estate litigation team is highly advantageous.
• Strong interest in contentious property matters and excellent organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
