Property Litigation Solicitor – 2-5 Years PQE, £55k+ (DOE)

About the role
A new opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and growing team in Birmingham. You will manage a varied caseload of property disputes while collaborating with wider dispute resolution and commercial litigation colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Handle landlord and tenant matters for residential and commercial clients.
- Manage boundary disputes, general property disputes and TOLATA claims.
- Assist with broader commercial litigation matters.
- Contribute to business development and enhance the firm’s reputation.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation.
- Strong commercial awareness and proactive client service.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
- Advocacy experience is advantageous.
