Property Litigation Solicitor (3–7 Years PQE) – Oxford

About the role

Our client, a Legal 500‑ranked law firm in Oxford, is seeking an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor with 3‑7 years PQE. You will join a collaborative team handling commercial property, landlord‑tenant and land disputes, delivering high‑quality, commercially focused advice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord‑tenant disputes, breach of lease claims, possession proceedings and easement issues.
• Conduct alternative dispute resolution, negotiate settlements and, where required, represent clients in court.
• Provide end‑to‑end client advice from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Develop strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the Property Litigation team.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3‑7 years PQE in property litigation.
• Proven experience in commercial property disputes and landlord‑tenant law.
• Ability to manage complex litigation matters independently.
• Excellent communication, commercial awareness and client‑care skills.

Required skills

• SOS case management software (advantageous but not essential).
