Property Litigation Solicitor – 3+ PQE, Oxfordshire

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join our highly regarded team in Oxfordshire. You will handle a diverse portfolio of contentious property matters for commercial clients and private individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering land and property disputes, landlord‑tenant issues, and commercial property litigation.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice while maintaining the highest standards of client care and case management.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships, delivering regular updates and exceptional service throughout each matter.
• Contribute to business development through networking and proactive client relationship management.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE and solid experience in property litigation.
• Excellent communication and drafting abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven capacity to manage a busy and varied caseload.
