Property Litigation Solicitor (4-6 Years PQE)

About the role
We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 4‑6 years post‑qualification experience to join a leading Legal 500 firm in Central London. You will work closely with two partners who specialise in landlord representation and a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage landlord & tenant disputes from inception to resolution.
- Handle service change, development, party wall and boundary litigation.
- Provide strategic advice to commercial and residential property clients.
- Maintain a 5.5 billable‑hour daily target while supporting the team’s work‑life balance ethos.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years PQE in property litigation.
- Demonstrated experience with landlord‑focused cases.
- Ability to meet the firm’s billable targets.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary between £67,000 and £75,000 per annum.
- 25 days annual leave plus an additional 3 days for the Christmas closure.
