Property Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least four years post‑qualification experience to join our thriving disputes team in Milton Keynes. You will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and private property disputes, working autonomously while collaborating with senior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Handle commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, dilapidations, and possession proceedings.
• Manage easement, rights‑of‑way, boundary, restrictive covenant, trespass and nuisance claims.
• Advise on residential landlord‑tenant matters and property‑related contract disputes.
• Oversee development and real‑estate litigation from instruction to resolution.
• Maintain client relationships across commercial landlords, tenants, developers, investors and private individuals.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in property litigation.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Commercially minded with interest in business development.
• Desire to work in a collaborative, supportive team.
