Property Litigation Solicitor (6+ PQE) – Oxfordshire

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a specialist Property Disputes team in Oxfordshire. You will handle a diverse caseload of complex residential and commercial matters while supporting the Head of Department and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex property litigation cases including boundary, title, and adverse possession disputes.
• Handle easements, restrictive covenants, management company disputes, and residential possession claims.
• Advise on business lease renewals, dilapidations, rights of light, and co‑ownership disputes.
• Supervise and develop junior lawyers and legal executives.
• Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 6 years PQE.
• Proven experience in property disputes and strong commercial awareness.
• Track record of winning new work and delivering high‑quality client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy practice.
