Property Litigation Solicitor – 6+ PQE, £70k-£85k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a Legal 500‑ranked firm’s specialist team. You will work on a broad range of complex commercial and residential property disputes, delivering strategic, commercially‑focused advice from initial instruction through to trial.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering landlord‑tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, service charge disputes, possession claims, restrictive covenants, telecoms matters, leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, boundary disputes, rights of light and other development‑related issues.
• Oversee matters from instruction to trial, ensuring high‑quality client service and pragmatic solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Real Estate team to provide seamless support on complex development and property matters.
• Contribute to business development and networking activities to help grow the practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) with a proven track record in contentious property litigation.
• Strong technical expertise in property law and excellent commercial awareness.
• Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to build lasting client relationships.
