Property Litigation Solicitor – High-Value Cases & Competitive Salary

About the role

Join a Legal 500‑listed firm as a Property Litigation Solicitor and work on high‑value commercial property disputes. You will collaborate directly with a senior director to expand the specialist practice and handle a diverse caseload from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including arrears recovery, forfeiture, possession, dilapidations, lease renewals, terminations and tenant insolvency.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel and senior partners to develop case strategy.
• Mentor and work closely with a dedicated paralegal.
• Contribute to business development and help shape the department’s growth.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in property or general litigation.
• Strong understanding of commercial property law and landlord‑tenant matters.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small specialist team.
