Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied property litigation caseload from instruction through to resolution.
• Advise commercial clients, landowners, developers and private individuals on strategy, risks and commercial outcomes.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and settlement documentation.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation and court proceedings.
• Maintain strong, lasting client relationships and support business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and wider real estate and disputes teams.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in property litigation/dispute resolution.
• Strong analytical and drafting abilities.
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to resolving disputes.
• Confident in managing matters independently and delivering excellent client care.
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing team.
