Property Litigation Solicitor

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in Greater London. You will handle a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial property disputes, working closely with partners and senior lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial and residential landlord‑tenant disputes, including possession proceedings.
• Handle boundary, neighbour, easement and rights‑of‑way matters.
• Prepare and negotiate dilapidations, leasehold, forfeiture and other property‑related contractual claims.
• Draft pleadings, statements of case and other court documents.
• Represent clients in hearings and negotiations, providing clear advice throughout the process.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with proven experience in property litigation.
• Ability to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Commercially aware with strong client‑facing abilities.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop within a Legal 500 environment.

Required skills

• Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy abilities.
• Excellent understanding of landlord‑tenant law, leasehold matters and property disputes.
