About the role

We are seeking a newly qualified Property Litigation Solicitor with up to three years of post‑qualification experience to join our highly regarded Legal 500 team in Exeter. You will work on a diverse range of property disputes, providing end‑to‑end advice from prevention to resolution.

Key responsibilities

Deliver cradle‑to‑grave legal services, including dispute avoidance, mediation and litigation.
Handle land rights disputes and third‑party determinations for high‑value clients.
Manage a broad portfolio of contentious matters across the property sector.
Provide commercially‑focused legal advice and support business objectives.

Required profile

Newly qualified property solicitor with up to three years PQE.
Strong academic and technical legal foundation.
Ability to apply law practically and commercially.
Ambitious, driven and determined to succeed in a high‑performing team.
