Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ+), Bristol

About the role

We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our growing property litigation team in Bristol. The role is suitable for newly qualified lawyers or those with up to three years of post‑qualification experience and offers hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and advise on property litigation matters for private and corporate clients.
• Handle disputes relating to development land and property contracts.
• Deal with landlord and tenant issues.
• Represent retailers, landowners, developers and investors in court or alternative dispute resolution.
• Draft pleadings, statements of case and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with NQ status or up to three years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong interest in property law and litigation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model.
