About the role
We are seeking a motivated Property Litigation Solicitor to join our growing Birmingham team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of public and private sector landlords, tenants and developers, handling a busy caseload focused on housing management and anti‑social behaviour matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage residential landlord and tenant cases, including possession proceedings and rent recovery.
- Provide legal advice to public and private sector clients on housing management issues.
- Support and develop junior team members.
- Contribute to business development and networking initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation, specifically housing management.
- Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with IT tools and typing.
