About the role
We are looking for a Property Management Assistant to join a small, friendly team in a modern, eco‑friendly office in the heart of London. This is a fully office‑based, part‑time position (30 hours per week) with flexible start‑end times.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the property management team.
- Coordinate and schedule contractors, including key allocation for site access.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls related to property matters.
- Organise and maintain property‑related documentation and records.
- Assist with drafting and editing contracts where required.
Required profile
- Calm and attentive personality with strong listening skills.
- Highly organised and able to follow through on details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Flexibility to cover a broad range of duties within a small team.
- Previous experience in property management is an advantage.
