Property Management Executive (Temporary, 3 months)

About the role

We are seeking two Property Management Executives to support a large Housing Association on a temporary basis (approximately three months) with the possibility of a permanent position. You will act as the primary point of contact for residents in a defined area, managing day‑to‑day property services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service charge estimates, rent collection and service charge collection.
• Order, coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance.
• Handle tenancy, neighbourhood and estate issues, liaising with external managing agents when required.
• Conduct annual resident meetings to identify priorities and track progress.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues while retaining overall responsibility.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management, preferably within a housing association.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Immediate availability or ability to start on short notice.

What we offer

• Hourly rate £20.84 – £27.56 (PAYE or Umbrella).
