Property Management Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Team Leader to head a high‑performing team within one of the UK’s fastest‑growing property businesses. Based in our SE12 office, you will own a well‑established portfolio of around 700 fully managed properties and be responsible for driving service excellence, operational performance and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four Property Managers, conducting regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.
• Set clear development plans and progression pathways, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
• Oversee the entire property management operation, ensuring compliance, maintenance standards and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape initiatives, improve processes and support wider business objectives.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property management, preferably managing large portfolios (≈700 properties).
• Demonstrated leadership ability to build and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Strong focus on service quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
