Property Management Team Leader

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing property business in the South East, is seeking an experienced Property Management professional to lead a high‑performing team. You will own a well‑established Property Management function, overseeing four Property Managers responsible for around 700 fully managed properties.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four Property Managers, conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience while maintaining compliance, maintenance standards and portfolio performance.
• Drive operational excellence by creating accountability, streamlining workflows and improving processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape initiatives, support wider business objectives and influence continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions to enhance service delivery and financial results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property management, preferably within a large portfolio of residential properties.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of high standards.
• Strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and make data‑driven decisions.
