Property Manager – 24 month Fixed-Term Contract

About the role
A well‑established property organisation is seeking a Residential Property Manager (Leasehold) on a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. This role offers an Assistant Property Manager the chance to step up into a broader portfolio management position on the client side.
Key responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of residential blocks and freehold properties
- Managing resident and leaseholder queries
- Organising repairs, maintenance, and contractor works
- Carrying out regular site inspections
- Assisting with service charge budgets and expenditure
- Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are maintained
- Supporting major works and Section 20 processes where required
Required profile
- Experience within residential block/property management
- Understanding of leasehold management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional and customer‑focused approach
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary £35,000‑£40,000 per year, dependent on experience
- 2‑year fixed‑term contract
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
- Full‑time position
