Property Manager - Block Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee block management operations in Yorkshire. The role involves ensuring service delivery aligns with lease agreements, managing budgets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to verify services are performed according to lease terms and budget.
• Attend AGM, EGM and RMC meetings and liaise with clients and lessees.
• Monitor collection of service charges and ensure timely funding for necessary works.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and update systems to reflect legislative changes.
• Prioritise risk management and uphold service level agreements.
• Lead and mentor Assistant Property Managers, delegating tasks to sustain service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in block management and residential property management.
• Knowledge of leases, service charge budgeting and relevant legislation.
• Ideally TPI qualified or progressing towards a professional qualification.
• Strong organisational abilities and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QUBE property management software.
