Property Manager – Bristol

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Bristol office. You will act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance and tenancy progression. The role offers a mix of administrative duties and client‑facing responsibilities in a fast‑moving estate agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Book and conduct property inspections
• Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals
• Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repairs
• Process deposit returns and handle rental arrears
• Prepare and submit eviction requests when required
• Ensure properties meet health and safety regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage complaints and complete check‑in/check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in a Property Manager role
• Outstanding customer service and good telephone manner
• Valid full UK manual driving licence
• Ability to work full‑time weekdays and occasional Saturdays
