Property Manager – Estate Agency (Deptford, SE8)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a busy estate agency in Deptford, South East London. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth tenancy processes and high standards of maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Book and conduct property inspections.
• Negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors.
• Process deposit returns, rental arrears, and eviction requests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Handle complaints and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager.
• Outstanding customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Full UK driving licence and local residency.
• Legal right to work in the UK with proof of identity and address.

• Basic salary £30,000‑£35,000 per year, dependent on experience.

• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:30‑18:00, Saturday 8:45‑15:00 (occasional).
