Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Property Manager to join a respected independent property management company in Tunbridge Wells. The role involves managing a diverse residential portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and delivering a first‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Manage tenancy agreements, rent collection and lease renewals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports on portfolio performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in residential property management is desirable but not essential; candidates from block or commercial management backgrounds are welcome.
