Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a mixed residential and commercial portfolio. The role involves building strong tenant relationships, ensuring compliance, and keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including tenant communication, maintenance coordination and lease administration.
• Conduct regular property inspections to verify safety, compliance and upkeep standards.
• Maintain accurate tenant records and handle property‑related financial documentation.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and maximise rental income.
• Log all communications, transactions and documentation in detail.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries professionally.
• Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare property performance reports for internal review.
• Carry out end‑of‑tenancy inspections and manage deposit negotiations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities, including data entry and office coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload.

Required skills

• Familiarity with property management software (advantageous but not essential).
