About the role
We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 75‑100 residential properties in Wimbledon Park, London. Working Monday‑Friday, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day property management, tenancy terminations and deposit handling.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance issues reported by tenants, liaise with contractors and landlords, and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑tenancy inspections, arrange necessary works and manage utility transfers.
- Process rent collection, deposit returns via the tenancy deposit scheme and handle check‑out reports.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance jobs and property information in the management system.
- Execute termination procedures and provide advice to new landlords.
- Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries within agreed timeframes and promote cross‑selling opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and solve problems.
- Relevant experience in residential property management.
- Proficient computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Outlook and basic office packages.
