Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Property Manager to join our high‑performing team in London. You will own a diverse commercial property portfolio, act as the key link between Asset Managers, Property & Facilities Management, and Operational Finance, and help optimise cash flow while delivering a first‑class tenant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of an allocated portfolio, ensuring properties are market‑ready and handling all landlord‑tenant matters, lease compliance and tenant applications.
• Provide regular performance updates to Asset Managers, maintain accurate property data, and collaborate with Finance on invoicing, rent collection and debt recovery strategies.
• Lead the service charge budget process, review supplier contracts, oversee reconciliations and ensure compliance with RICS standards.
• Coordinate with Facilities Managers on Health & Safety, insurance renewals, ESG initiatives and accurate utility metering.
• Mentor junior team members, share knowledge and contribute to overall team success.

Required profile

• Desirable RICS qualification.
• 5+ years of commercial property management experience, preferably with a retail focus.
• Strong understanding of lease obligations, service charge administration and supplier procurement.
• Financially literate with ability to support budgeting and asset performance reporting.
• Comfortable navigating health & safety and statutory compliance across multi‑site portfolios.
