Property Manager

About the role

Our client, a busy independent estate agency in Clifton, Bristol, is expanding and needs an enthusiastic Property Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of tenant and landlord satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Organise maintenance and repairs for the property portfolio, liaising with approved contractors and ensuring satisfactory completion.
• Monitor rental payments, resolve payment issues, and manage lease extensions and negotiations.
• Conduct property visits and inspections, handling tenancy renewals and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain clear communication with landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management within an estate agency environment.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle.
• Experience managing student or HMO properties.
• Strong telephone manner, negotiation ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent administrative, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
