Property Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to join a growing team responsible for around 750 fully managed residential properties. You will own a portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, solve problems and deliver an exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintenance Management – handling enquiries, diagnosing issues, liaising with contractors, obtaining quotes, monitoring works and managing emergencies.
• Property Visits & Inspections – conducting visits, reviewing reports, identifying concerns, providing recommendations and following up actions.
• Compliance Monitoring – arranging certifications, tracking compliance, updating records and escalating risks.
• End‑of‑Tenancy Management – serving notices, coordinating turnovers, reviewing checkout information, negotiating deposits and handling disputes.
• Court and eviction attendance – representing the team in court hearings and bailiff actions as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential property management.
• Strong understanding of the property management lifecycle.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
