Property Manager

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established independent estate agency as a Property Manager in North Somerset. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential rental properties, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure tenancies run smoothly and properties remain well‑maintained and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working with contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle tenancy renewals, rent‑related matters and the end‑of‑tenancy process, including deposit administration.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving queries and delivering a consistently high level of service.
• Collaborate closely with the wider agency team to support overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Organised and proactive individual confident in managing a busy workload.
• Previous experience in property management, lettings or a similar field (advantageous).
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance (advantageous).
• ARLA qualification beneficial but not essential.
