Property Manager – London

About the role

Our client, a leading premium property investor in central London, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial assets. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, ensuring tenant satisfaction and supporting the overall growth of the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of a diverse property portfolio.
• Handle tenant enquiries, coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs, and maintain strong tenant relationships.
• Resolve maintenance, repair and service issues promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety and UK legislation.
• Oversee contractors, monitor service quality and manage budgets.
• Deliver a positive experience for tenants and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a closely related real‑estate/facilities role.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Hands‑on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in basic financial administration – rent collection, invoicing and budget tracking.
• Good knowledge of UK property regulations, health and safety standards and lease administration.
• Proficiency with general office tools such as email, spreadsheets and databases.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving capability and sound judgement.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of £40,000‑£65,000 per year.
• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule (8:30 am‑5:30 pm).
