About the role

Our client is a prestigious estate agency specialising in prime residential properties across London’s most desirable postcodes. They are looking for a polished, highly organised Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury homes, delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑value residential properties across London.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling enquiries and building relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and refurbishments, ensuring work meets luxury standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with UK regulations.
• Liaise with contractors, concierge teams and third‑party service providers.
• Oversee tenancy renewals, deposit negotiations and end‑of‑tenancy processes.
• Maintain accurate records and provide seamless communication throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property management, preferably within the prime or luxury residential sector.
• Exceptional organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Professional, client‑centric communication style with high discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance requirements.
• ARLA qualification or working towards it is desirable.
