Property Manager – £27,500 + commission

About the role

Romans, a leading property group within the LRG network, is seeking a motivated Property Manager to join its Camberley office. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards of service for landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of rental properties, including tenancy administration and rent collection.
• Conduct property inspections, arrange maintenance, and liaise with contractors.
• Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency’s management system and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Assist in marketing vacant properties and conducting viewings.
