Property Manager (Residential)

About the role

We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of fully managed residential properties. You will be responsible for handling maintenance issues, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve all maintenance issues for assigned properties.
• Coordinate contractor schedules and obtain maintenance quotes.
• Authorise invoices, utility bills and ensure timely payment.
• Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants, handling correspondence and early‑stage complaints.
• Prepare checkout reports, negotiate deposit returns and refer sales leads where appropriate.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability and basic knowledge of repair diagnostics.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional customer service skills.
• Effective communication, listening and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Good time‑management and a proactive, can‑do attitude.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £28,000 per year, inclusive of bonuses.
