Property Manager – Residential Lettings

About the role

Dove & Hawk is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its thriving residential lettings business in South West London. You will manage a portfolio of 80‑120 homes, acting as the primary contact for landlords and tenants while delivering a high‑standard, end‑to‑end tenancy service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 80‑120 residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
• Coordinate move‑ins, conduct inventories and arrange repairs.
• Handle maintenance requests, liaise with contractors and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain compliance with AST regulations and keep all parties fully informed.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in residential lettings, property or tenancy management.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Willingness to study for ARLA Propertymark or NAEA qualifications if not already held.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AST property management processes.
