Property Manager – Residential Lettings (Woking)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential lettings portfolio in Woking. You will deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are well‑maintained, compliant and professionally managed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential properties from tenancy start to end.
• Serve as the primary contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and property inspections.
• Ensure legal compliance and keep accurate property records.
• Resolve tenancy issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the lettings team to ensure smooth handovers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of residential lettings legislation and compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• ARLA qualification or willingness to obtain one (advantageous).
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
