About the role

The independent estate agency in Streatham is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a busy residential portfolio. You will act as the primary contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth tenancy cycles and compliance with lettings legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a residential property portfolio from move‑in to tenancy end.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Handle tenancy renewals, check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with current lettings legislation.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Keep property records and internal systems up to date.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential property management.
• Excellent organisational ability and capacity to manage a busy workload.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).

Required skills

• Good IT skills.
