Property Manager Team Leader – Streatham

About the role

The client is an independent estate agency operating across South West London and is looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to head their Property Management department across three offices in Streatham. This senior role will own the residential portfolio, drive operational excellence and ensure high‑quality service for landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Property Management team across three offices, providing coaching and development.
• Oversee day‑to‑day management of a substantial residential portfolio.
• Act as the senior point of contact for complex landlord and tenant issues.
• Ensure maintenance matters are handled within agreed service standards.
• Monitor team performance and departmental KPIs, driving efficiencies and process improvements.
• Maintain full compliance with current lettings legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Lettings, Accounts and Senior Management to support business growth and client retention.

Required profile

• Significant experience in residential property management.
• Proven experience leading, supervising or mentoring a team.
• Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
