Property Manager – Wandsworth

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Property Manager to join our Wandsworth team. The role involves overseeing a diverse rental portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the rental property portfolio and conducting pre‑tenancy and quarterly inspections.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, third‑party contractors and professional advisors.
• Arranging works and maintenance, booking gas safety checks and processing invoices.
• Responding to and resolving complaints from landlords and tenants.
• Advising landlords on required maintenance and updating tenancy agreements in line with legal changes.
• Administering tenancy deposit protection claims and handling deposit returns.
• Maintaining up‑to‑date databases, managing keys and processing invoices.
• Coordinating with lettings negotiators and providing support to both landlords and tenants.
• Managing the DPS claims process and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handling ad‑hoc queries and ensuring timely email responses.
