About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Operations Manager to lead a small property management team in Glasgow while directly managing a portfolio of residential properties. The role blends people leadership, office administration and hands‑on property management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a small property management team.
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflows.
• Act as escalation point for complex tenant, landlord and maintenance issues.
• Manage a personal portfolio of residential properties, coordinating repairs, inspections and tenancy administration.
• Ensure compliance with property legislation and industry regulations.
• Handle rent reviews, tenancy renewals and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential property management.
• Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Full UK driving licence.
