Property Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Paralegal to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team in Royal Wootton Bassett. The role offers a chance to develop a career within a well‑established law firm that values progression and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Open, close and maintain conveyancing files ensuring all documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Prepare client quotes and manage the onboarding process for new clients.
• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed throughout the transaction.
• Support fee earners by handling administrative tasks and assisting with their caseload.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a paralegal or in a comparable role within a law firm (or other relevant experience).
• Highly organised with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Self‑motivated team player with strong communication and client‑care skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
